Second leg of a Sweden-then-Finland official trip; received by President Stubb and met counterpart FM Valtonen in Helsinki.
Outcome: Hasani stated Albania had met all conditions for a second EU Intergovernmental Conference; both sides noted their shared NATO membership and agreed to intensify economic cooperation (tourism, culture, education); discussions with Valtonen also covered Western Balkans cooperation and OSCE matters.

Working meeting in Helsinki between Albania's chief EU accession negotiator and Finnish FM Haavisto, ahead of Albania's first Intergovernmental Conference.
